Two EX1's for sale

Hi There,

Have 2 EX1's for sale. Both units have approx. 700 hours on both. High usage but always maintained and well kept. Both units were used for a Canadian/USA television series.

Unit #1 In perfect working order, has minor paint wear on the body in standard areas (Handle, base ect..) Comes with 1x 8 Gig Sony SxS Pro card, one BP-U30 Battery and charger, Owners manual and cables.
$4000 CDN or US


Unit #2 Works perfectly however does have a tiny pink dot on the screen when shooting anything higher than F-5.6. Most likely needs to have the lens internally cleaned, not believed to be a sensor issue. (Screenshot now on page 2) Very good condition, same standard paint wear. Also comes with 1x 8 Gig Sony SxS Pro card, one BP-U30 Battery and charger, Owners manual and cables.

Then it does NOT "work perfectly."

If there IS something inside the lens, then it WILL show up on the image. I can easily imagine the cost of repair (and the cost of the camera) amounting to at least the cost of a new camera that would "work perfectly."
 
In response to Jay..... I outlined the issue and am selling the camera as I stated. If your interested, post, if not please move on.

Just so everyone knows we used the footage and sent to multiple networks without any issues.

I am open to offers on both units. They are being replaced and will no longer be in use.

I will get pictures up asap.

I am free to post in this forum as I see fit, as long as I abide by the rules.

I am also free to point inconsistencies in other people's posts, as they are free to point out mine.

It is inconsistent to say that something "works perfectly" then proceed to announce that it does not fully function as it was designed to do.

You've come here for one reason, and one reason only--to sell used camera equipment. That's not the purpose of this forum.

Whoa...

So you have THREE EXs for sale then? Because you've got a "broken" one up here as well...

I'd advise anyone purchasing from you to make sure that they buy face to face. Where are you located?

I do have 3 units total for sale including the broken unit. I will post pictures of anything anyone requires and can be contacted via phone if needs be.

We are located about 2 hours north of Toronto, in Ontario. Driving to the boarder, or meeting or shipping anything I have for sale is not a problem.
 
I can vouch for everything for sale by A.J, I work for the T.V show and did a fair share of shooting with these cameras. If anyone has any questions they can message me as well.
 
This is a sample picture of the pink/purple/ whatever you want to call it. I had to get it in the white snow-dust on the screenshot as it's the only way to see it.
