Trenching - TOEKNEE Films

Ah, well, you see, um . . .

No, this trip has been planned for ages. My mom is retiring from teaching at Texas A&M and also turns 60, so we're having a big party for her. Sorry if that means I can't help with production. :-(

Amy

I was kidding. I have other projects going right now anyway, so I can do this later, most likely mid September. I’ll let you know.

Didn’t get a chance to check out, or vote on the past few festivals, but I did check out Tarts, and I was rooting for you guy’s. Superb work brother once again! You also had a great cast and crew. Really looking forward to seeing what you all come up with next.

Thanks- I'm glad you liked it.

I'm not currently working on any of the entries for this next fest- maybe the next time around.

Checked out the 48, rooting for you, Devon, Kevin and crew.

Awesome. It was a fun weekend- I didn't realize how much you have to sacrifice to accomplish the goal of completing a film in 48hrs. (I always knew that sacrifices had to be made, but experiencing it was a different thing.)

Thanks for routing for us. I wish I could have been there at the showing- but I was down in salem shooting a commercial.

Hey buddy. Good to see ya on board.
I know Kevin's thinking of trying to get all the Portland filmmakers together at the Hollywood for a night to show recent shorts. Probably us, Amy O, Shawn Nelson, Ryan Walters, the young guy with the Red Riding Hood, and I know I am forgetting someone. You interested?

Would love it, let me know if you need me to do anything. Also, Jeff has a film and would love it. Thanks Devon.

So, how's it going....

I’m never going to get the film finished in time, it’s very disheartening! The actors and crew were so supportive. Just to much work with the feature American Disciples and the last few days on my documentary resumes in court in a few weeks. Just spread thin. I also had to leave the editing to Art on his short StepMother. His first short, first time writer director editor, I hear it looks good, excited to see all of them. Love the work you’ve been doing Devon. Hope to see you Hollywood theater if it’s still a go. Talk soon brother.

Tony-

Sorry you're not going to make it! We were looking forward to it. We still want your film involved in the Hollywood showing when we get that together, so power forward and finish it up!
