sorry for wasting your time with such simple questions, but i am in need of help.
i shot my first real short film on an hvx. i got all of my footage dumped onto my mac (except for a few choice scenes, but that's a whole other story). i have edited on final cut pro many times, but never in hd and i have a few questions.
so, i imported the files through file>import panasonic p2.
1) there is no sound when i play them in the import window. is this normal?
2) i'm having trouble figuring out how to get the clips that i imported into the project's timeline. help, please?
i'm sure i'll have more trouble, so if any of you guys know of any sites that have tutorials on this stuff that would be great. if not, i just need some help with these two very basic questions.
