"The Dustin Rogan Project II" - roganFILMs

[Chris Messineo]

Very cool!

Are you coming to New York to shoot?

[Dustin R. Rogan]

No Jason Spinos-Johnson and Rodney Smith are taking care of that for me

Well not sure how to approach how yesterday went...

Did it go the way I had planned? NO. Had a main actor bail on me and had to just go with the flow and give his lines and make the story go a slightly different direction...well not so much a different direction but a different vehicle to get to the destination.

I hadn't slept yesterday b/c we were to start at 8AM, everyone didn't show up till 9:30AM...so I was getting frustrated, b/c I knew I had said actor till 11AM then to find out said actor now needed to leave at 10:30AM now...So we start shooting and finally ready for the actor and he said I gotta go...well bottom line we got the film (Waco part) shot, not the exact way I had planned. But we got something at least. I started editing what I did have, and there might be a few laughs...wish I had more time to go back and use said actor before, but just seems too busy to shoot with us

Heres hoping NY crew gets too shooting soon

anyways BTS coming soon on front page

PS I am sunburnt

[Chris Messineo]

It's never easy is it? But, I'm glad to hear you persevered.

I'm looking forward to the BTS.

[Hawk Teflon]

Man that sucks. Looks like we both would have our required element had this been BailFest. Glad you were able to get it shot!

[taylormade]

Wow! Did you use another actor or rewrite the script on the spot? As Chris said, it's never easy.

a little of both, rewrote part of it to fit, and basically ended up where i wanted to just through a different character...make sense lol?

You can have some of our rain here in the St. Louis area. Flooding everywhere and my power has been off and on for the last week - between biblical downpours.
