I'm in Dallas/Plano area but originally from Corpus so I travel down 35 all the time....would love to meet some folks...especially in corpus christi.

I'm interested in anything. I think some PMs to everybody from the thread would get way more attention than posting in this thread. I check this thread once a week.
 
Hi - Dick here, in Waco, shooting with the HVX200. My production group is Sundog Films in Austin. Would look forward to networking with some other shooters. Anybody in my area?

Im just north of Fort Worth by 20 minutes. Im interested in meeting other dvx users as well. PM if you live in the area.
 
We were so close to doing this at one point. We really should just set a date in a month or two and see who can come.
 
Hey everyone,

If we're going to have a meeting, we should just have an informal meeting here first to brainstorm about having a real meeting with user films and what not.

On another note, is anybody here in Austin up for Spyfest? I've got an HVX/M2 combo that I need to put to use. I'm looking to collaborate with some folks.

Guten tag aus USA.

We never ended up having a meeting (unless I wasn't invited; I hope not) which is pretty disappointing. There is a lot of interest, but I think a lot of us are just busy. I'm still up for something for sure if anybody else is. Anybody want to team up for Adfest?
 
Cool. We'll keep in touch for sure and I'm definitely down for some collaboration after I get settled in!
 
Did anything happen as far as an Austin meetup? I have been off the boards for a bit, but I would really like to see this happen. At the very least, if you're in the Austin and might be interested in working together on a few projects, hit me up via PM.
 
Yeah, we definitely need to get this Austin meetup organized.

Speaking of which, I'm writing a script for a horror short film, hoping to shoot it before October in time for halloween. Anyone who feels interested can feel free to PM me.
