Texas

Sounds good MagicPie.

Guys lets try to spread the word to all the Texas/Austin DVXusers and get something planned.

Hey guys. I'm from around corpus christi. Id absolutely love to get together with you guys. Unfortunately I'm out of town and won't be baack till sometime in september. I'll keep checking back with you guys though. Good luck :)

I'm PMing everybody who showed interest the poll thread because only 4 people have participated.

Maybe I'm rushing this, or maybe I just get on DVXuser more than a lot of people.

I voted.

Bballplaya, you should PM me. I'd be willing to share the duties of setting up and organizing a meeting for all us Texans.

Just voted, up for whatever. I won't be bringing much in the way of equipment. But I'd like to meet guys who've successfully started their production careers.

I'm in San Antonio, gonna move to Austin when I have the chance.
Currently borrowing an XL2, hoping to buy a Canon XH-A1.

Austin Texas Baby!

Austin Texas Baby!

Hi all,

Well, I'm finally here in Austin. Everything is in boxes and a mess but we're all in one piece. Looking forward to meeting everyone when we have that meeting.

cheers,

JP

Hey all, I just arrived here in Austin about a month ago. Did the meeting already happen? I'm a new member here at dvxuser.com, a writer/director looking to network with other indy filmmakers in the local area ... since I'm relatively sure that Robert Rodriguez will NOT be answering the door at his studio, no matter how many times I ring the doorbell ;-) .

Hey check me out! I'm in the Austin American Statesman on the inside cover of the business section. Advertisement for Austin Telco. Any of you guys need mutual funds? LOL. I think the ad also ran in some of the smaller local papers as well.

I would check the paper but... I'm not sure it would be worth it.

Is it a picture of you or just an Austin Telco ad, because I've seen about 124192 Austin Telco ads.
