I know there are tons of threads about this issue. But... I have a Canon XH-A1s, and the country i live in the most popular tape is the Sony premium(Sony DVM-60PR). Is this tape a good choice for my Canon? Or should try to buy another brand/type of tape?
They're all going to record 0's and 1's at the same data speed (25mbps?). There aren't really any bad tapes that you can buy new. Some people claim otherwise, but I've never seen definitive evidence. The problem, as was said, sometimes comes in mixing tapes; some of the lubricants don't play nice with each other.
i read somewere that panasonic tapes are recomanded for canon camcorders, is that true? if i clean the head of the camcorder can i swich to an other brand?
what`s the difference between dry and wet tapes? and which should i use for my canon?
sorry for all my dumb questions and my bad english, but i just bought my canon xha1s and i really don`t want to have problems when shooting and after...
