T2i vs 60D for weddings?

The T2i overheats when it is pushed to the max and recording constantly. This test was conducted indoors and so I'm sure the temperature was much cooler than outside.

During a wedding (at least when I'm shooting one) you are really only getting the "big events." So your camera is not constantly shooting for the entire length of the wedding. Personally, the camera I'm using gets rest for at least 15 minutes between events and at least 30-40 minutes while everyone is eating. Between 3 cameras you can expect about 8 hours worth of footage for an 8 hour work day. That's less than 3 hours that each camera actually recorded.

That is all from my personal experience. I don't know how you run your business or operate your cameras.

Man that could have been edited to about 90 seconds and still give us the same info. I'm not trying to be negative, but 11 minutes.... Painful.

I have only seen the overheating signal on one occasion. It was outside, in Philadelphia, on a 102 degree July day. I shot in bright sunshine for over an hour. In my experience using vintage manual lenses really helps with battery life and seems to help with over heating as the EF/EF-S lenses draw power while the manuals do not. I have done roughly 30 weddings and several other events so far and I love it!
