Just something we were playing around with yesterday:

It's not watchable on iDevices for some reason, but "whatever." We shot it completely with the kit lens ... indoors. A risky move, but one we had to take nonetheless.

That was good. The only thing that bugged me were the opening and closing shots... felt that if you tilted it down a little more it would have been framed nice, but that's just my knit-picking.

Ha! That's exactly what we were saying while shooting. We were using an indie slider without the extra feet, so it has the tripod mount in the middle acting like a fulcrum, so we clamped it to the table. We couldn't get it to angle down. Thanks for checking it out!

Should have grabbed Marlon's ZazaSlider! ;-)

I loved the above angle (spreading jelly) looked great with especially with only the kit lens...it's not watchable on mobile devices because of the copyrighted music.

Thanks. The shot was longer and it looked even better, but we didn't want it to drag on.

Yeah, I was wondering about that with copyrighted music. I read that piece was a part of the grouping of music before the year 19xx (can't remember what year). I read it was under fair use. Maybe I used a version that wasn't, though. I'm still trying to figure out how all that works.
