I think it's better not to have to pass through the dressing room to get to that bathroom, but it's not a deal breaker. Maybe you could flip it so the small bathroom is entered through the kitchen. Might sound icky but at least you're not disturbing anyone in the dressing room.

There are two toilets. a small one off the dressing room and a larger one for everyone else off the corridor.

BTW I would think you also want your own private kitchen and living room separate to the studio facilities. There will be days when you need your own space.
