Good job on this, Jason. I like the fact that you didn't try to drag the story out beyond what was required of it.

There was a line I was wondering about...did you use Doc saying something about picking out buckshot, twice?

Where did you end up shooting this?

I shot it near my place in riverside, its a hiking area near the 60 freeway. Yes Doc did say it twice, his character does like to ramble on. lol
 
Jason, I'm Anthony. Howdy pawdna.

Dallas was a badass. The actor played it right on the money. Loved the music and the location in this. They worked well with the story. I liked the ending. Thought I had it pegged, than doubted myself and then wham. Way to fake us out. Simple and fun.

The guy with the hurt finger seemed to have a couple minor flubs in dialog which distracted because they didn't feel natural. Also don't think you needed the finger shot if I was gonna get real nit-picky. But overall it played real well. A good watch for sure. Way to go.
 
Nice job guys! Good acting, but Doc...what's with all the lost fingers? Pretty soon you won't have any left! LOL.

I would have liked to see what you would have done with a little more grading...other than that, a solid film you should all be proud of.

Nice visuals, great location. Didn't quite get the story on this one. They robbed a bank? Most of the acting was very shaky throughout, including some nearly flubbed lines. Sometimes flubs can come out sounding more natural than a clean read, but not in this case. It could be cleaned up in the edit. Nice effort though guys! Did you use real blanks?
 
Yes the GH1 was hacked with the C settings. I used the HVX 90% of the time and any shallow depth were from the gh1, mostly at the end of the video.
 
For the opening sequence....you want to show it's a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery empty place ? But I think one large shot would have been enough to show.

And I miss sound... But that's a technicaly problem I think...

How come that the shots of that one guy are from low (we call it "frog-shots") ?

If you get killed...you fall down completly I think :p

There are some nice shots in it.
