So.. It's and old clip and it's youtube compression::undecided

but it happens at 15 seconds to about 20 seconds..

It speeds up and it is cleary interlaced (in the high quality version)

does anyone know of what I can do to fix this?
Is it cause I used adobe premiere pro to speed the clip up?

pelase help:S

If I rendered it as interlaced or progressive?.. hmm

can I render differently?

or do you mean what I exported it as?
it said 25frames/sec I think..

Make sure that the workflow through your editor is 100% progressive, because it can be changed to interlaced in post, even if you didnt know about it.

In your output settings, you can shooe progressive or interlaced.

Normally it doens't matter, but if you have speeded up a clip (more are usign motion, etc..) in Premiere, then it's creating new frames, and if the project is an interlaced project, then those new frames during the speed change will be created interlaced, not prograssive.
