After ten years and a record of something around 102-36, he's leaving U-M. We shot his last "Michigan Replay" show this morning. He was fun to work with, although not always the most chatty of people when it came to the media, he always could leave you with a smile on your face.

I was born and raised in Ann Arbor - moved away from Michigan when I was 13.
Still feels weird not to have mounds of snow on Christmas.

(Some of) Us Buckeyes are genuinely sad to see him go. I mean, what if they get a coach that can beat Ohio State?! In all seriousness - he's a class act. He's taken all of the slack on himself for the couple of goofed up games they had this season...when a lot of other coaches are putting themselves in the headlines for doing the opposite...cough...cough...Weiss...cough.

Having grown up in the disputed border regions, it was perfectly acceptable for one's loyalty to go either way. The halls of my school were littered with both Scarlet and Grey and Blue and Corn on the Friday before gameday.

Very accurate in my opinion. I may live in AA, but I'm not a UM student, so I don't really share that pride like everyone else. I laugh when they get clobbered by teams like App State (but shhh don't tell anyone around here)
