Skating Twixtor Edit

Hey guys, I just started experimenting with Twixtor and put together this edit with some footage I shot over the weekend. I'm still trying to figure out how to get rid of the frame blending so any input on that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 
Watching this just makes me itch to skate, again. This looks cool. I haven't personally used Twixtor myself, but I was curious what shutter speeds you were shooting at when you shot this footage?

Also, could I ask what your computer set up is, etc. I've got a canon 60d and i'm not sure what computer i should upgrade to best edit the footage, and use twixtor, etc.
 
One of the bigger mistakes I see is shooting against that fence. It's going to be a PITA to "twixt" right ... IF at all possible. Shooting against the sky (or any other solid) is a plus, as is keeping the camera on a tripod to eliminate some of the morphing. The less motion of the camera the better.
