Site down

8:05 content rejected.

Try 3-4 times.

Then works at 8:09.

I wonder if anyone gets a site screen shot before getting kicked out.
 
Was down for me as well this morning. Got a 'couldn't decode raw data' error on my iPhone Safari and the site wouldn't load.
 
Not sure who owns the actual server hardware that this runs on, but I'm guessing it is a network issue causing malformed packets. I'm guessing this is a co-location so the site owner actually owns the server hardware, but just a guess.

Although, now that I've looked up the location, I'm guessing a VPS.

Only thing I find that might be close is this https://www.kickstartcommerce.com/f...ta-nsurlerrordomain-1015-wordpress-error.html but seems to be a Wordpress issue, and this forum is not on wordpress.
 
I got this error in Chrome on my Mac earlier this evening. DVXUser also failed to load for me on Windows 10 PCs on both Internet Explorer and Chrome.

DVXUSER would not load all morning until now. Don't know if reduser is running on different software but it has none of the problems dvxuser is having.
 
Couldn’t get on about 30 mins ago(~10:45a est). Still consistently get “Cannot decode raw data” , several times a day, when trying to access via Safari on my iPad and MBP.
 
I was unable to connect as well. I continue to work with server support on the issue. I am also scheduling the vBulletin upgrade. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for the patience.
 
All, I have continued to work with server support and I have disabled GZIP compression at both the server level and vBulletin admin level. I am hoping this reduces the "cannot decode" error we are seeing. Meanwhile, I am working on updating the vBulletin software, which should also improve stability. Thanks for your patience.

As I requested before, please PM me if you experience the issue again, noting a timestamp in Pacific time.
