Short timelapse: CARROT DECAY shot with t3i

Man, once you start messing with time lapse... you can NEVER look at clouds the same way again. Or a cool sunset for that matter. (Or, I guess, rottable food).

I do a lot of master-planned community work, in really pretty locations. I'm always bringing a still tripod and my D7000 and grabbing stuff. Clients just love it. Loooooove it!

I have friends who do "True Blood" watching nights... on the opening credits, when that fox dissolves into maggots - every woman in the room turns their face away. Awesome shot, but christ - what did the camera smell like after a week or two on that?

Thanks everyone! Yea timelapse is a slippery slope. It's definitely good to have some work in it for the clients, people generally get a kick out of it. Also not a bad way to spice up some establishing shots (breaking bad).

The camera didn't smell too bad, but the carrots did get a little funky, although not as bad as one would think. Luckily I had a spare room at the time to stash it away in so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

i often throw a gopro on the hot shoe of the camera and let it shoot timelapse of my days worth of shooting, very shakey at times but fun for wrap parties
