ok so i was on my friend's set helping with EVERYTHING...also BTS stuff. i got alot of good shots of the video and now he wants to use them lol cuz he's in love with the 7d... but more so the way i shot these dances. Anyway this shot was done at a very high ISO cuz i had to bump up the shutter very high to acheive the look i wanted. Keep in mind this wasnt for the vid. If i was shooting the vid then i'd have planned to have double the lights for that shot. Trying to figure out how to get better quality online though..this is kinda poor...high ISO maybe?? i duno 
I've exported dvx stuff sharper than this.
Only stabilization was the Canon neck strap held taught around my neck and VC on my tamron 17-50mm. Shot at 3200 ISO at 2.8 at 50mm
