Shooting the front of Vehicles and avoiding Moire Aliasing?

Did a shot of someone standing in front of a car and I got some nasty aliasing on the outer edges of the car + some really bad moire in the front grill, anything that can be done in post to correct? Also for future references there must be a way to shoot this type of scene and avoid these problems.

Not sure about correcting in post.

As for avoiding it in production, and short of softening focus, you could try a different focal length, and then move the camera to compensate for the framing. Or, if you're using a zoom instead of primes, try pulling back and then zooming in a little. Unfortunately, DSLR imagers are much more susceptible to moire and aliasing than others.

^ Agreed.

Dont think you can do anything in post, although if its stationary you could try fixing it in photoshop and then bring it back over to afx and layer it.. Just some thoughts..

Btw, I notice you're in miami. We need to hook up one day as I'm right up the road! (sorta.. about 1hr up the road) :)
