C100: Sensor Dust Spec

Hi guys, I have the unfortunate situation of a spec of dust under the many layers of sensor protection. Has anyone disassembled the front of the camera down to the sensor level? I have removed the 3 screws on the initial cover and checked but it is definitely a few levels down. I'm thinking I have to remove the grey tunnel which has the EF mount to get to the sensor has anyone done this?

You are much better off letting Canon service do this! Going into the IR and ND filter section of the camera is very sensitive, also the whole procedure needs to be done in a special dust free room, I think some tech rooms have a large aquarium like tank that is 100% dust free.
Don't risk making things worse.

Thanks turns out the ND filter was engaged silly me! I popped this to out of the way in between the filters and lightly blew it off the sensor with finger blower. I mistakenly had the title labelled as C200 but its a C100mk2! So the good old ND system. Problem solved :-)
