OUCH! That is positively unacceptable. The CA makes it look like a 1 chip camera from the mid-90's... Not cool.

They'd better address this, fast, or they'll lose a bunch of customers. I think the HVX is going to seriously spank the HD100.

Not good at all. How could they release something like this? Did they really think we weren't going to notice the Chromatic Abberations, the dead pixels, the split screen brightness issue, the banding of color... EEK!!! :shocked:

I am very dissapointed...really...True 16:9 chips, lightweight and compact...I really wanted that camera to perform great.

...too bad, i was going to buy one plus a HVX200...
...Unless JVC have a true and simple solution i'll wait and buy "only" the HVX200...
