C300: Scrubbing through playback on C300 with C200 monitor

I feel like I figured this out once and forgot, but can someone tell me how to scrub through footage while using the C200 monitor on the C300 Mark II? The original stock C300 Mark II monitor clam-shell had buttons for fast forward, rewind, etc., but I'm not sure how to do it using the C200 monitor when in playback mode.

go into playback mode. Then on the Touch screen monitor you can use the little joy stick nubbin to select clip then use to FF, Rew, pause , Play clip.
