The codec is what determines "lossless". When I export a video in order to use an external program to convert it to a delivery format, I export it uncompressed .avi. I know some who use Lagarith (a free codec). But there are plenty of "lossy" .avi codecs out there, so .avi itself is not necessarily lossless. And there are lossless .mov codecs as well.

100 fps? On the HMC150? Are you sure you didn't mean 1/100 shutter speed?

Try these instructions:

It took me a while to find it again as it was posted a few years back, but its a pretty detailed description and it really helped me out when I was having the same trouble after I first switched to Vegas. It has all the steps listed. If you find that it still doesn't look right, go back and see if you missed any of the steps, because it should work.
