Hey I already suggested this when I talked to the Red guy at the NAB booth but here again. Use the tried and true Eclair ACL system from the 1970's What they did was put mount the same as a lens colllating projector on the front of the camer. This allows you to quickly screw on just about any lens mount. It provides very beefy stabilization of the lens There are already a number of folks around the world making lens mounts which adapt to this. There are also a lot of them on Ebay and in the used market. This allows NIkon mounts etc to go to full infinity!!!!!
Mounts I know work with this: NIkon, PL, ArriStd, ArriB, Canon, C mount
basically any lens that covers the chip. The cool thing here is that this allows the user to use Nikon/Canon still lenses in the Super 35 equiv. size chip in 4K
