Cool but discreet. When you are shipping this thing on a plane you dont want it to scream out "I HAVE A $20,000 DOLLAR CAMERA IN ME."

I know some folks who opt to transport in reinforced suitcases to avoid just that.

If I'm getting on a plane with a RED camera, you can bet I'll take it as a carry-on. I'm not checking a bag with equipment that's that expensive.

Well for the RED it certainly makes sense becuase its so small.

But at some point or another you are shipping large amounts of gear that cant go carry on.
