Rail system for Canon 60D and DFocus Follow Focus v3

I just ordered my D'Focus Follow Focus v3 for my Canon 60D and now need to get some sort of rail base-plate to attach it. Jag 35 has a rail-less option for around $50 but they're out of stock. Can someone help me find a cost effective alternative rail system for my 60D. I want to get a rail system but I'm not sure which one I should use or where I can get one.

There's all kinds of 'em out there... Indian stuff, Jag's bits & pieces and Cavision all come to mind as affordable. However, many are made for video cameras and don't work well with DSLRs. RedRock makes a nice DSLR baseplate, and there are Indian copies. The Cavision Reversible DV setup may be decent for a DSLR, and they make several DSLR-centric solutions.

I bought this IndiSystem and added a manfrotto 323 quick release plate. It's pretty good, small, very light & cheap enough... they also make DSLR rail systems so have a look. You can get it in different lengths too.

The IndieSystem's looks good. I'm actually considering buying one myself. Don't even consider using the D-Focus's rail-less system, it's horrible.

I'm in the same position (looking for a base plate system). I'm wanting something solid and well machined and is also future proof for when/if I upgrade my camera. Waranty/customer service and ability to fix things if they break is also an important element in protecting your investment.

I've done a LOT of research on this and I'm probably going to with the Berkey System - it's infinitely adaptable and you can buy it as a kit or as separate pieces and customize as you go. Build quality and customer service is apparently exemplary.

The Berky System seems like a good option but it was a little expensive. I went with the Indisystem. I called the guy and he was really cool. I definitely recommend that one.
