Question about the USB cable

I have a lot of USB cables around the house, and I don't know which one is my T2i cable that came with the camera

Does it matter if I use another cable or not as long as the cable fits the cameras USB slot?

Doesn't matter. As long as it's the proper size of connector... the "U" in USB stands for "Universal".

But Alex H. Is comeletely right, it stands for universal and any cable will work as long as the connector that goes into the camera is the same as the 3rd from the left.

Yep, it is. I wasn't sure because the camera's slot isn't straight likee the top of the usb connector, it has an extra little "hill" in that area
