Quest Fest 2009 - Submission Status

Agreed it is like college, meaning you get out of these fests what you want.
This is my 4th, i skipped a few because i thought "why make another short when
I can make a feature length movie". I mean, I assume we all aspire to do that right?
But then i realized how hard it is to make a feature, and then i realized i hadn't made
ANYTHING in months, and then i realized Quest Fest would help me get my Mojo Back.

DEADLINES MAKE YOU WORK HARD. And we love these Dvxuser deadlines.

But others on this site (vets) maybe felt like it was time to step back and instead
concentrate on longer features?

All I know is Norm has been working on Berlin for a gazillion years and is too cool to
grace us with his presence. (JK)

I am CONSUMED with a feature film right now and have been for about the past 4 months. And will be for the next 12. :) So no more fests for me until that is done.

I was more surprised to see that Ben and Joe's film was DQed. What the hell happened with that?????

i needed to devote time to finishing a feature i have in post and another one i'm in the middle of shooting right now. i might be back for whatever is announced after the fall fest which will likely be in line with "love/loss fest".

Wow, you made me double check there.

You're a penis.:)

BUT WHAT HAPPENED WITH BEN'S FILM BEING DQed!

Come on people, I'm trying to start some nasty rumors here...

3 still in the red... 2 orange... damn. guess viewing isn't open for a bit longer. Maybe a little more time to get some more promos together...
