I bumped these in case some people missed em. It is 5:04 am and I just walked in the door from our final shoot. It was extremely challenging, but overall, I think things went well. I will now go sleep! Must SLEEP!! I have to wake up in 2 hours. :crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::crybaby:

UPDATE: It seems I will do anything to make movies. Here is a horror story from Friday night.

I was walking throught the room of the abandoned school autoshop, when I heard something move in the darkness. Knowing this could very well be the home of some people, I was very cautious. I shifted my gaze quickly to the noise and discovered it was only pigeons roosting in the room. I sighed with relief and then...stepped in something squishy...I immediately knew that it was not pigeon poop...I looked down and to my horror found the reality of the situation...I had stepped in HUMAN poop. That is a first for me. We cleaned up the are and proceeded to film in it. Nice atmosphere I must say...besides the fecal elements...The End.:zombie_smiley:

:thumbsup: Yeah!!! I am so excited to see this film in its entirety! It's so nice to be back into acting as well. What a great film to be a part of!! and ewwwwwwww on the fecal elements post!! I'm your wife and I didn't hear about it until today!! ewwwwwwww.:shocked: okay...I'm done. No, seriously, working with Matt on this project has been fantastic. He is so professional and supports me as an actress, which made it a very nice environment to work in. and Yeah for my Daddy and for Kenn Arola! you both are awesome and So great to work with!! Here's to more and more in the future!

Well as you have read above, we finished shooting push early this morning. Like Matt I rolled it at near-dawn and had Sunday family commitments that had me up at 7 and not back home until 4 PM. Just got up from a couple hour nap and getting ready to head over to Jen's (our co-producer) to work on budgets for some of our projects... see USER FILMS topic for more...

In a few weeks we will start shooting on NETHERBORN.:thumbsup:

As far as PUSH goes... we had a GREAT shoot. Lot's of good people and lots of good stuff!!!! WHAT A TEAM!
 
Well the bruising is almost gone from my SUPER DANGEROUS STUNT in your film! :) That was a first for me. I love it! I can't wait to start shooting again!
 
I, too, found it fascinating that the guys in the background somehow appear to cast no shadows! However, in studying the motion blur and border outline of the foreground character I concluded that it had to be a single frame. That's a killer shot Matt. Is this steadi-cam or a dolly?

YEAH... those shots kick butt!!!

ALL STEDI-CAM!!!! Matt's dad ran the Stedi-cam for 8 hours at about 65 lbs. (we had to have a custom rig to mount the RED properly, so it put us a little heavier than the norm). MATT'S DAD ROCKS!!!!!:thumbup:

Yep! ALL STEDI-CAM BABY.... Running backwards on that shot too... He's a ninja... no really!

Thanks Mark. I feel this movie is my best to date, and the people that have been involved in the process have made the movie the best it can be. The Dp's Justin and Ian McAleese were invaluable as was there RED ONE camera.
I am excited to post more Grabs soon.:engel017:
 
Bummer, I just found out my order was cancelled and my credit denied at Dell. I now have to figure out another way to edit my movie....
