360 shutter angle? That would be 1/24 speed at 24p?
How do you set the shutter like this?
by turning the shutter off, lol

I hate to burst anyone's EX bubble but I have to say that yes, "Public Enemies" was partially shot on an EX1. However, it's not like you're going to see any footage that came off of a SxS card. The footage went straight to a Sony SRW5800 HDCAM SR Studio Recorder.
We're talking a full-bandwidth HDCAM-SR studio recorder used in conjunction with Sony's top-quality CineAlta line of cameras The format records full bandwidth video at nearly 3.5x the data-rate of HDCAM, providing virtually lossless image acquisition. This technology is capable of recording full-bandwidth uncompressed 4:4:4 video for high-end archiving and film production masters.
I'm guessing that you are probably not getting the same info on your SxS cards... just a hunch!
Now, I'm not trying to poop on anyone's parade. I like the EX 1/3. Minus a few ergonomic issues, it's a great camera. I just may buy one. All I want to say is that the PE footage may have gone to through the camera's great imagers, but it didn't ever touch an SxS card.
