GH4 processing V-Log L with Gopro Studio Protune Preset

I wasn't having much luck using the cc tools in my NLE or Panasonic's LUT, so I tried running some test files though GoPro studio and found this works very well.

Much easier to get proper contrast and saturation without noticeable magenta/cyan blotches (they are present in the footage - I can see them clearly when using Panasonic's LUT). Also, it seems like the cineform files can stand a lot more manipulaton before they start to break up.

Anyone else tried this workflow?

Are you on Windows? I'm on Mac and the latest version I could find is 2.5.7.321. I did use .mov (h.264) files though, should that matter?

GoPro Studio will not work with the second MP4 choice (LPCM) on the camera use MOV or the first MP4 (AAC) choice. I use .MOV so that if I need to make a proxy they have the same name.

I am on Windows 7. Could be that the earlier builds or Mac versions have trouble with Audio in GH4 files. They do seem to update the program frequently, so hopefully the problem you are seeing gets fixed soon. And yes, it is possible that the file type ,frame rate, etc. makes a difference.
