Problem viewing Firestore clips on P2 Logger and P2CMS

Hey guys I might have a major problem, our DP who is in the field has called me this morning to tell me that when he goes to check clips stored on the firestore in either of the two programs mentioned he gets audio but no video. He tells me when he loads the directory he gets just a white screen and when he loads it in P2 logger it tells him
"it can't play back the clips because of an "incompleteness in
the clip"

Does this mean that the files are corrupted? or will it be easily remedied when i bring it into the edit?
