problem offloading P2

Hey,

I am new to P2, I downloaded P2CMS, tried to export following Barry Green's Instructions
in this post: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=118672

But when I tell it to export, it goes through the whole process, confirms the transfer, and when I go to the folder there is nothing there.

I might be missing a step, but I have done it several times.

Please help!
