Picture of 5d mark2 with beta 24/25p firmware installed?

In dpreview 1d/5d forum, somebody posted a (bad) picture of a 5d mark2 with what looks a frame rate selection menu item.

Is this a proof of the existence of the rumored future firmware upgrade ? However, the power switch looks to be at off position, raising doubts .

It's a fake, the power switch being in the off position should be enough of a clue.

LV dont work but the menus do AFAIK

Sorry I compared the picture right now to my 5D. The switch is definitely in the "off" position. But maybe one can deactivate the switch vía the new firmware?rogar-Love(DBG):

I think the power is in the mid position

When the switch is in the mid position it is level with the base of the screen (ie: both are perfectly horizontal).

The switch in this picture is not level with the base of the screen.
