P2 volume is there, but then again... NOT!

I did a quick search on the subject, but I didn't really know what to call my problem. I apologize if I'm rehashing old stuff...
So I'm working on my reel sifting through drive after drive of p2 volumes, and suddenly I come across two contents files that will not open. Looking at the finder I see that everything is there including the lastclip file, yet FCP, P2 Log pro, and P2CMS all have an issue with these two volumes. No other volumes seem to have this issue.
When I use P2CMS I can see the the application reading the individual MXF files, but nothing pops up.

Anybody know what going on?

MAC OSX 10.4.11
FCP 6.0
P2CMS 1.0.0
P2 Log Pro 2.3.4

Did you verify the directory structure within those CONTENTS folders?

Is this what you mean? If so, these two volumes are identical in structure to all other volumes.

So why would QT 7 only affect these two volumes? In the past three days I've successfully worked with probably 40-50 volumes.
What can I do about it?

Downgrade back to 7.1 if at all possible, and go to imagine software's website and look around for the utility they created that "rescues" footage that Apple's "updated" Quicktime won't recognize anymore.

As I understood it, footage that was converted to QT prior to 7.3 coming out is the footage that's now unreadable, but Imagine made a software program that fixes what Apple broke.
