P2 QT has no video

Recently shot a project for a client in DVCPRO720PHD. I did the MXF to MOV unwrapping and everything plays fine on my computer but when he plays the material on his computer he only get audio and no video what could the problem be?
 
He's either using a PC where QucikTime doesn't support DVCProHD, or he's got a Mac without FCP on it, which is how the Mac gains DVCProHD support.

On a PC, the Raylight Decoder will get you DVCProHD support. On a Mac, you must install FCP and the DVCProHD component.
 
What he said. Photo Jpeg also works well. If you use high quality settings the
converted file will look virtually the same.
