P2 footage lost?

Hey guys,

we just wrapped on a short and our last day of shooting we shockingly found out that a huge chunk of our dumped footage had been lost. The previous night everything was there and now we only have our first few days of shooting/dumping. Anyone have experiences like this and know of any solutions? Oh yeah, we dumped from a Mac with a P2 slot then piggybacked 2 1 TB G Raids for backup.

Lost in what way? Are the p2 volumes you copied over missing? If so, how were the copied?

Did you create an alias when copying or actually copied the volumes when a green + appeared?

What computer and what version of FCP and QT?

Did you ingest footage and transcode to DVCProHD and are those files missing?

I don't mean to offend by asking basic questions, but we do need basic information.
