P2 card reader with FireWire?

I want to be able to offload my P2 cards, while the camera is still shooting. I have a few Macs with USB and FireWire. One iBook G4 and a G4 Dual.

Now, is there any PCCard reader with FireWire so I can just plug my P2:s in my Mac and offload?

You will need either a laptop with a PCMCIA card reader or the Duel Adaptor to do what you want.

I do have my private Z61p that has two slots on the left. Maybe they'll work? The only thing is how to transfer the content onto a disk that the Mac can understand....

That Lenovo does appear to have a PCMCIA card in it.

Get a FW drive and format it FAT 32 so the PC can read it, or transfer the files to it.
