I am looking for suggestions on where I can order bulk hdv tapes for an xh a1. I shoot with Sony, and usually order form BH. I will be ordering 100 hdv tapes.

---Has anyone ordered from TapeStockOnLine?----------

B&H offers quantity discounts on tapes. For example, AY-DVM63AMQ tapes are $5.49/ea in quantities of 100+ ($5.99 individually), and they don't gouge you on shipping.

BTW, there are no different specifications for HDV tapes and MiniDV tapes. If a manufacturer makes tapes that are compliant with MiniDV tape specifications, they can put HDV on the package without making a false claim.

Personally, I'm not going to pay extra just to have HDV printed on a MiniDV wrapper.
