Odyssey RAW Bundle upgrade

Hi All,

I am able to add my device but can not find the raw upgrade bundle :(

The upgrade would available until 30 Jun 2015 US time right ?
 
None of my emails were answered, and now the site is not working (Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL.), and the deadline will pass. I love my odyssey 7Q, but this customer service experience was not what I was expecting. Being told to call offices in another country (I'm from Canada) is not an excuse not to answer emails by client. And on the last day of the registration, the website not working is also unbelievable.

Hi,

I tried to call number provided by Mitch but no one answer the phone except the automatic answer operator.

However I think CD/Mitch would address this for us.

We are extending the time on the offer until the end of next week in order to give everyone the opportunity to participate. We apologize for anyone who has had an issue with our site or in contacting us.

Don't know if it's just me but I'm getting an error message trying to access the website. Firefox and Safari. "Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL."
 
We had some website issues overnight but it should be back up now. May take a moment longer to load than normal the first time as your computer's cookies need to be reestablished.
