Odyssey 7Q+ both RAW and Apollo option

Mitch Gross (or anyone that knows)

I have the Sony FS5 and may want to record RAW in the future. I also often do multicam with three or four cams and would like to have a switcher/recorder like the Apollo.

If I purchase the 7Q+ can I add the RAW option and the Apollo option to it so I can use the Odyssey in either application? Or can only one option be added?

You can have both on the same 7Q+. But you cannot use raw when using the Apollo features, video signals only.

Yes, you can absolutely purchase and use both options, just not at the same time. In the menus you effectively switch from Odyssey to Apollo modes. Apollo is for multi-stream video signals, Odyssey is for single stream video and RAW data signals.
