Nikon to Canon EOS mounting adapter?

[GRENCH]

Do anyone have any information on using Zeiss w/nikon mount on the 7d. I own a set of Zeiss Nikon mounted lenses and was thinking of purchasing a Nikon to Canon EOS adapter. Any ideas, or things I should look out for. Looking for some feed back from others who have done this.

Thanks

You might want to do a search on the topic. It has been discussed. However, the range is from $25.00 no-name flea-bay specials from China to over $300.00 precision machined gems from Germany (Novoflex). The middle-of-the roaders are from Fotodiox, happypagehk and Haoda. Not the most expensive (but not cheap either) is Cameraquest. Around $175.00. I have 6 Zeiss lenses and 3 Nikon lenses. I use Cameraquest.

Go to ebay and you'll find loads of them. They are inexpensive. Buy spares!!

I use the Fotodiox adapters as well and am happy with them. They do everything I would expect from a mount - provide a secure linkage between the lens and the body.
