Hi Im looking to purchase some Nikon AF or F mount lenses for a canon 7D
will the canon 7d accept these lenses?
Also what kind of adapter would I need?
I see a bunch on ebay, but they dont say what kind of nikon lenses they take
will they take both af and f mount lenses or would I need 2 different adapters?

Nikon Autofocus and Manual lenses are the same physical mount. Its called the F mount and its been around for a very very long time. They've added stuff to it like electronics but as far as adapters are concerned, there is only one kind of physical mount. Some have microchips to trick the Canon camera into thinking theres an EOS lens mounted but thats a convenience and not necessary.
