Well done. I like the actors, colors + light. But sorry, I don´t understand exactly the story. What´s it about? What happened to the child?

all Apple Motion - optical flow - down to 15 %
renders slow on but well worth it

the story got twisted in the reverse production process
there was no music before the video
after the music was composed around a traditional blues beat
with electronic instruments, the extensive story/footage
would not fit anymore
therefore everything you see is a fragment
the music has completely dictated and guided the cut

the original idea is that the video taken out of
a film that does not exist

Ah - Ok. This sequence of pictures and scenes could perhaps contribute to misunderstanding the content. It´s a bit problematic imho. But now, after your explanation, I like it somewhat more :-)

two battery powered Black & Decker SLH100V hunting lights
think 60ies studio production with massive hard light
and makeup for actors
as mention earlier this is supposed to be taken out of a film
that has never been produced
the D90 does it's own magic once locked
very little color correction in post
mainly to compensate the compression from HQ ProRes to N264
and Flash
 
i cant ever seem to get my footage to look that good. Im not sure what im doing wrong (then again i mostly film inside, and i dont have as strong of lighting as you do)

HQ pro res is 10 bit, regular is 8 bit, HQ renders 1024 shades compared to
256, all this is lost in the compression process for the web of course.
however i wanted to work in the highest quality possible.
the original file size is 2.3 gig exported to
Apple PNG - FPS 23.98 audio 48.kh,

i get the music for free download on my site soon
