Next lens help

I bought the 7D and the Tamron 17-50 and am thinking about my next lens. What are your thoughts. They will be used mostly for documentary and promotional pieces along with still photography. Should I go with the Tokina or with a prime lens? Here is what I have been looking at:

- Tokina 11-17mm f/2.8
- Sigma 30mm f/1.4
- Canon EF 28mm f/1.8
- Canon EF 50mm f/1.4

you need at least one fast lens to truely see what this camera can do.. I would suggest a prime with an fstop of 1.4 or lower. 30mm seems like a good standard focal length to have in the bag of tricks..
 
Thanks everyone. Sounds like the Tokina 11-16 is a must but still a flip of a coin between the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 and the Canon 50mm f/1.4.
