Hey guys,

Just wnated to check back in with a few more stills from AWAKE.

Me and my production team have been hard at work and have managed to put together some polished shots for all you dvx users to see. Hope you like what you see and Im looking forward to screening the trailer for you soon.

Nice stills Grant.

Love that brain image, whats the story behind this short. Im hanging out for this short trailer now as from what I have seen this looks better then BROKEN. By the way whats the name of the charactor wearing the skull mask?

How does this remind people of BROKEN?

Am I missing similiarities?

if you used a 35 adapter, which one...?
 
It doesn't even look like Broken! Diffrent shade and feel and cc.

Broken doesn't have the same film color. the only look is the pipes on the ceiling, but what building of under cover location does't.

AWAKE looks to be a great film for eye candy looking at these stills.

like it what did u use for editing and ur cc program give us the works the grabs look real real nice cant wait to dl a trailed or fotage good work

Uhh, yeah-- That's what I said?

It doesn't have the same CC at all. The first scene in Broken in the bedroom is blue... and the rest of it isn't? Maybe that's why they say that it looks the same, but I don't agree at all.

Also, FREUDENBERG said, a lot of locations share similarities.

Anyway, I'd like to actually know what AWAKE is about-- though it seems as though it's a dream/reality plot.
 
Definately great work here! Looks like your compositing skills are finely tuned. :thumbsup: Let us all know how it's going and when we can expect a trailer!
 
trailer is still a work in progress, there are over 100 special effects shots in it alone. I really underestimated the amount of time it would take. It will definately be by the end of march.

Sorry for the lack of attendance on my part on the thread but I have been out of state on a shoot for the past month. Im just now getting back into post on AWAKE.
