Incedentally here is a 100% screen grab of the delogged 4k image (if it is rendering in 4k in in catalyst browse)
Honestly it looks a little like Mr Chapman had a sock over the lens when shooting.. not to mention the Sony Doughnut.

I don't know if that was clarified yet or not in this thread but... What will actually come out of SDI output's from FS7? Is that going to be 4K 4:2:2 10bit uncompressed? RAW only through their extension, right?
That's a real shameI think that Mitch from CD said, that the two SDI are only HD. One with overlay and the other without. I think the sampling is 4:2:2 and 10bit. But not sure.

Hi Stephane,
What market is your dealer in?
Anybody know if is possible to move the viewfimder to the other side? I used to have the camera on my left shlulder and use my left eye
Additionally, the current USB 3 reader handles G cards but the forthcoming reader will only handle G-- no S or N.

Thanks guys and agreed that is odd about the reader. Surely that's a mistake?
I've got a feeling that down the road they're going to enable 4K/RAW output through SDI's. It's a tactic for the beginning to sell as much as possible of those attachments to rentals, studios etc. Once market will be a little bit saturated, companies capable of buying it will own one, they will enable that output to make FS7 more appealing (for boosting sales in the middle of a product cycle). Similar tactic to that with RAW recorder and 7Q I guess. This is a real shame, especially when the FS700 shows that you can send a RAW signal over the SDI. Probably just another way to make an extra $2K off FS7 users. Plus, adding the back attachment just makes the camera go from a nice looking camera to one with a tumor.
The back attachment is the one thing that really bothers me about the camera. Besides that, I think it's really cool.
