Need some advice....

new semester. new girl.

i know how to handle myself, BUT how long should i wait to ask her out, after she got out of a long term relationship?
 
Wait, back to the other girl... Find out where she lives and then drive to her house and park across the street... take pictures and use your binoculars... if the cops show up, it means she's interested - at least I think that's what it means...

You should have been in there before the breakup. You know...rescuing her from that jerk.

At first, I was sure that was going to end with "stand outside of her window, and hold a boom box over your head, playing Peter Gabriel." But I like your idea a lot more.
 
If a girl is coming out of a long relationship, you should wait until she gets another boyfriend/steady, then breaks up with him, THEN you should ask her out, otherwise you are the

REBOUND GUY

and we never, ever really get serious with a rebound guy.
 
Didn't you ask 'user for advice last time, and that didn't seem to work out so well :) Maybe you should not listen to folks who spend all day making out with dvxuser :)

i'm slick this time. she mentioned that she likes The Office. die hard fan of it. So i'm having an Office season premiere party at my house, and inviting her, and a bunch of other friends as well.
 
Ask her, if she says no ask the girl sitting behind her. big big sea, lots of fish!

warning group activities, while saving you the pressure of 1 on 1 entertainment all night and without being a real date type thing can lead you deep down the path of "just friends"
