Need service for DVX100A

Can someone suggest a service area for a DVX100A in the Pacific Northwest/
The manual iris is busted. When adjusting the iris manually the auto iris will just kick in and completely close the iris. I can only re-adjust the iris again and again until it finally stays.

I have that same problem! My manual iris automatically closes or opens all the way the minute I touch it. But then once i re adjust it, it sticks. I have shot with it like that for 2 years because I assumed it would cost too much money to fix and got use to working around it...
