I BET, that everyone that has posted here about cats and flowers IN FACT has shot their cat and their garden IF they have either of the two. They just don't have the balls to post the shots...

did any us really expect Panasonic to royally screw up the GH3?
I think I noticed a few intraframe type image artifacts
It all depends on the bitrate. If there isn't enough bandwidth, then each and every frame *could* be affected. Just try saving a JPG out of PhotoShop using the lowest-quality (i.e., lowest-bandwidth) option, and see how it looks.I'm curious what kind of artifact could possibly be caused solely by recording every frame as an independent whole.
Jim, your commentary is frequently profoundly negative and completely unrealistic. The AF100 was never intended to be an "event shooter's camera". And even if one were forced into shooting events on it, I'd dare say it's a thousand times better to use it, than to use the "competition" (aka, a DSLR). Shooting an event on a DSLR is pure torture. The AF100 overcomes practically all those limitations, lacking only a motorized servo zoom. Oh, wait, it also has two of those. As good as an ENG camera? No -- so if that's what you want, then buy an ENG camera.I had my fears. From my "event shooter's" viewpoint, they royally screwed up the AF-100.
