Now not all of it is HDSLR footage, but a lot of it is from the T2i and the T1i. The rest was shot on the Canon XH-A1 and the RED ONE.

So let me know what you guys think.

Seems like you color corrected the shots to match the other footage. IMO this demo reel looks "old" and not fresh. Seems like something out of the 80s.


* No disrespect on you or your work, this is only my opinion. I think you should spice up your reel with something current that everyone can relate too.
 
I don't know if I'd agree with that. Having lived through the 80's, I never saw much that looked like what's on this reel. (From a CC/grading point of view)

IMO, there's a lot of good stuff, but for a demo reel it needs to be cut down. I wouldn't repeat anything. You see something once, that's it.

I really thought you built a Predator costume. I like that whole segment. We've talked before regarding that pretzel spot, you have a lot of good ideas & concepts. We would probably work well together.
 
if this is to show a potential client first thing Id lose the music, way too distracting to appreciate the work you have done. just my opinion of course

Way ahead of you. Already had this discussion over on Scarlet User. I just changed it to the shorter one. What do you think now?
